• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
• Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all services are non-refundable once completed.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may offer a solution at our discretion. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment and are not eligible for refunds.

• Gift cards and promotional services are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
